2014 Citroen C4 keyless system some times shows key not detected

Several times when going to start the car the dash shows the key not detected & unable to start corrects itself after few minutes and a couple of times when going to switch off ,key not present , have to use emergancy stop

You checked or replaced the battery in the remote / key fob ?

Battery is about 1 yr so I changed the battery

IF the battery , which is often the cause is o.k , have you another spare fob that you can try ?

spare fob stopped working with remote. Key specialist checked and said key transmitting but car not accepting he tried a new key still the same
