2006 Citroen C4 wheel vibration

I am getting vibration in the car when driving, particularly noticable in the steering wheel. I have just had whhels balanced but this hasn't fixed the problem. any suggestions please?

does the vibration dissapear when the brakes are applied?

is there a tyre out of shape,also does it vibrate on acceleration if so could be driveshaft
