Sat nav failure , radio problems Eco doesn’t work

Sat nav fails and screen goes back to Citroen logo , radio comes on or cutS out intermittently , eco regularly fails , new battery fitted by Citroen dealer(.?) on 24th Oct still failing . New update Software by Citroen on 24th Oct still failing,now say £1800 to change module and adamant that Citroen HQ will not cover all or part as car is too old (2016)

Was the alternator charging rate load tested also when battery replaced ?

i had the same problems as described by Tomas: the problem I have mainly is when I have BBC channels on DAB radio, the system re-boots itself every 5 minutes (exactly). However when I have other non-BBC channels (on DAB), it runs just fine.
I had rang up a local dealer and they advised a system update. after gone through the steps on Citroen website with my VIN etc, it only suggested a SatNav map update - but the problem still persist.
problem only started about 2 months ago.
I am now looking for other solutions please without having to replace the module?

This seems to be a common issue with the C4 Cactus, lots of owners are experiencing the same issue. The only workaround is to not use BBC DAB, everything else works fine.
