2012 Citroen C4 staring and faults on dash

Hi. This car been parked for a while, when I tried to start it, it won't get any electric. By shorting between two electric feed line on top of battery it started but given multiple faults such engine management, abs, esp and electric issues also power steering goes and comes and wipers stops. Any idea or similar experience. Also one question if abs fault does it causes esp to stop and other things. Thanks

Dont know what you shorted out but not advisable to do so . Sounds like a knackered battery that needs replacing and alternator output reading needs checked also .

Thank you for your reply. In fact first I charged the battery to avoid been in economic mode, still it won't get electric then I connected two line on battery high fuses then it started but still it gives multiple faults
