2007 Citroen C4 loosing power

My car seems to be running fine in town since i had turbo changed.
But now it is loosing power on the motorway.
It will go upto 70+ then start loosing speed till it gets as low as 40.
Any idea what the problem could be

Take it back to whoever replaced the turbo .and complain . Could also check / change fuel filter if not been done recently .
