2009 Citroen C4 rear passenger indicator not working, headlight bulbs keep blowing

Rear passenger indicator started becoming faulty, would work on and off, has now completely stopped. Front headlight bulbs only last a matter off weeks before they blow. Will often get a shock off the body of the car when touched.

Check your alternator output in case overcharging .
