Noise from engine
2007 Citroen C4 VTRS 1.6 petrol

Car wouldn't start after heavy frost.. New battery installed, the car was kept connected to another battery whole time so need to reset or initialise anything. When I start the car now there is a faint consistent bleep from the engine... Any ideas what this could be, nothing online to help. Thank you.
