2005 Citroen C4 unknown

Car: Citroen C4
Year: 2005
Variant: 1.4 vtr
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
When ever I turn the lights on for some reason the car loses power
I've had the following repairs
Head gasket
Rocker gasket
Coil pack
Spark plugs
Alternator
Battery
O2 sensor
Map sensor
Oil sensor
Cambelt
And the car still suffers with this stupid issue that no one can seem to find

Any help would be highly appreciated

Saying "it's fine" doesn't help at all!
Now if you could say it puts out 14.5 volts is a little closer but still doesn't tell me the amperage.
Or if the body systems interface is working,
Run a full Global systems check,
which will need Lexia diagnostics,
and check the alternator output pattern with an 'scope,
and if your garage doesn't have both then find someone who does.
You've spent a lot so far.
