2012 Citroen C4 auto gearbox problems

[1] In reverse up hill the clutch cannot fully engage. It slips because if i try to push harder on the accelerator it resists as if there is a governor on it. Result much smoke and smell!

[2] In auto on any up slope about 50% of the time, on moderate throttle it hangs on to 1st gear past 4500 revs. It then changes up with a hell of a jerk,which i am sure is not doing the transmission any good.

[3] The stop/start cant make up its mind what it wants to do. In heavy traffic the engine jerks and splutters, lots of warning lighs come on and it eventually turns itself off.

No fault codes coming up on the computer, which makes it difficult for the dealer to carry out any warrantee work.
