Electric door mirrors not working

2006 Citroen C4 1.6SX

Year: 2006
Variant: 1.6SX

Daughter can't alter either of the front electrical door mirrors. Assuming as Dashboard/fuse 5 is used for this, the windows work OK-ish!! (post about that at a later date!!). Anybody any idea's?

Check electric plug is connected securely at the rear of the switch. Also check the wiring where it passes through the door jam in the rubber tube as these can break or get weakened with use...
