Headlight bulb has 12v power but I've tried 3 or 4 bulbs and it won't come on. The side light bulb is also out.

Electric windows do not go up or down
The electric windows don't move when the open or close switch is pressed.
Electric windows not moving properly
The electric windows don't move smoothly, they seem to get stuck when opening or closing and move in an erratic way.
Electric windows open and close slowly
The electric windows take a long time to open or close, it feels as though it's struggling to open and/or close.
