It sounds like the engine is choking up a bit when I press on accelerator. When idle or revving, a lot of white smoke comes out the exhaust, this smoke doesn't smell. Seems like I can hear some liquid swish around when I press on accelerator too.
First realised when I was dropping a friend home, and when I pulled up, it started smoking and couldn't start again, I was close to home so I left it. Day after I refilled water just in case, and it started, but still smoking and I couldn't rev up to red line.

If you are losing coolant and having to top it up , along with the white smoke and losing power , it can be indicative of a blown cylinder head gasket . If you carry out a block test it will confirm or not if head gasket / head gone . I would check for that first and confirm or eliminate as a possible cause .
