My Citreon C3 is stuck on 1500rpm.
I have had a new Throttle Body and Map Sensor fitted.
The ECU Unit has been checked out, no problems.

Has anyone scanned it for fault codes with suitable scanner rather than fit parts that may not have be needed and have not fixed the fault ?
