2012 Citroen C3 electronic g/box - 2nd gear slips

Just bought this car - 78,000 miles
Have noticed that after slowing down (for speed humps/corners etc) and the car drops down to 2nd gear, you feel that the gearbox has dropped out of gear and is coasting, then you can hear the clutch is slipping when accelerating.
You see the revs increase and slowly come down as the clutch eventually locks in.
When moving off and going from 1st to 2nd there is no issue, and all other gears are ok.
I have put the car in 1st gear and with my foot on the brake tried to accelerate to see if the clutch slips but its fine.
The garage have said they have carried out an oil service on the car for both engine and gearbox. On checking these autoboxes are sealed units so this now makes me suspicious....

Get it back to them ASAP for fixing or you could possibly be in for major bill .
