i have a citroen c3. its 1.2 petrol 2003. i recently had a new clock on dash fitted, now all the dash lights are constantly on and have no speedo. please help

Looks like somethings been disturbed or incorrectly re-fitted ,if it’s only happened since clock fitment

Hi,
When I say dash clock I’m meaning ref counter, fuel gage,temperature gauge, speedo, the old dash clock was playing up so had a mechanic change it, now it does not recognise new clock, resulting to handbrake light on, airbag on, fuel level low light on. No speedo. No indicators light but can hear indicator working from inside . All switches are working still as indicators and hazard work on car. I’m completely puzzled

Could check all fuses in case he blew something whilst working on clock installation .
