the fan starts at the same time as the engine, the engine makes a different noise and has no power , the fan turns off after a few minutes after stopping the engine

If this is a diesel it sounds as if it is the DPF regenerating which is normal .

It's 1.4 petrol, I changed the ignition coil and the engine start and run well, antipolution fault messages is still there and the fan still start after few seconds when the engine is on, the fan turns off after a few minutes after stopping the engine.
