2010 Citroen C3 lost of power won't start

I was on way home when out of no where my car lost power and the the power steering went really heavy so I pulled over and turned car off and now the car won't start. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you

You need to get your battery load tested and charged / replaced if needed , Also alternator charging rate needs checked .
