2013 Citroen C3 whole heater control panel has stopped working

this control panel is situated in the centre if the dashboard above the radio. it has 3 rotary switches controlling 1. direction of airflow
2. fan speeds and 3.heating switch. all have corresponding illuminated switches above. everything has stopped working. all relevant fuses checked and in order HELP
