Citroen C3 wrong shifting - automatic transmission.

It seems that when exelerating, it changes the gears too fast. The engine, up to 2000 rpm, makes typical overloaded sound and the car quiver badly.
To the opposite direction, the transmission is too "laze" and delays the down-shift too mach. The result is like before: overloaded engine sound and quiver.

1st step is get the transmission ECU scanned for faults.
Not the kind of thing most garage scanner can do.
Citroen own diagnostics or top end diagnostics like Bosch.
Check for a local Bosch diagnostic specialist.

With a 2018 car , take it back to dealership and voice your concerns .
