2013 Citroen C3 engine fault: repair needed.

A couple of the codes have suggested turbo settings problem and gearbox settings problems. This keeps happening and car isn't running great and sometimes misfires. Has always been an issue going from 2nd to 3rd gear. It's a diesel and I know I need to get to the root cause as my local garage has just been clearing the code fault...Not really the answer. Any ideas on the solutions for the problems listed above and sort of cost involved.

As you state clearing the code isn't a solution,
Actually it's going to make it more difficult to diagnose when a real tech looks at it,
The real clue could be gone,
Stop doing that.
Get it to someone who has Citroens own diagnostics.
No other system is reliable.
If that means going to the dealer so be it.
Just make sure you get a print out of the scans.

Clearing codes rather than rectifying is a foolish move and usually ends up costing more by continuing to drive car .The garage that diagnosed the problems should give you estimate of repair costs .( if they are any good at all )
