2007 Citroen C3 when turning ignition on nothing happens but antipollution and gearbox faults appear

When i turn the ignition on nothing happens and the motor doesn't work and i see antipollution fault and gearbox fault and I can't hear the fuel pump motor works..
This happens many times before but the faults erased after turning the ignition on by 15 to 30 mins.. and i start to hear the fuel pump motor and the engine starts and the car works normaly..
