2003 Citroen C3 wont lock beeping when i start the engine

hi all could anyone help and explain what is wrong with my car. It wont lock with the fob. The engine will start but it gives the warning beep every time and the central locking comes on by itself. I also cant lock the car manually with the key on drivers side it just keeps turning round and round.

Any advice would be very grateful

Low battery in key fob ? Car battery low also ? If car battery suspect , most fast fits or the likes of Halfords will test , usually for free while you wait .
