2009 Citroen C3 total loss of power

The car cut out and briefly on the display it said something about pollution. It was diagnosed as a sensor problem. Garage changed a filter and all was ok for a couple of days, then it lost power and cut out again. Managed to restart it and get it to the garage where it was checked and no diagnostic problems.
Today the dashboard is showing ridiculous MPG and appears to be all over the place.

My question is which diagnostic system was used?
Now I know it's unlikely you'll know that but I have found that the only reliable system for these is Citroens own Lexia diagnostics.
So either the main dealer or a Citroen specialist or someone with top level diagnostics will be able to help.
Not the kind of system you get from Ebay for a few quid.
