Dash lights and headlights coming on and off by themselves, car wont start!

Had a storm last night and this morning I went to open my car but the key fob wouldn't open the car and so I had to unlock manually, as I opened the door all of the dashlights were coming on and off and so were the headlights and the car was beeping inside. Now everything is continuously coming on and off and car won't start. Please help!

Sounds like water has got into the body systems interface.
Get the BSI scanned.
