2000 Citroen C3 my headlights keep blowing

First my passenger side headlight fused and now both have fused. This does not effect the dim or full beam.

Have you replaced bulbs ? If "does not effect the dim or full beam " is it the sidelight that is gone rather than headlights ?If it blows new bulbs , get alternator output tested in case of overcharging .
