2004 Citroen C3 intimiant oil light

The oil light keeps flashing on and off. Sometimes it's not on at all then sometimes it flashes on when I'm coming to a stop and goes straight off again when I pull off. It happens if i roll to a stop or if i stop quickly so i dont think its the sensor. It also comes on when in reverse. Oil level is fine and appears to be running fine.

If oil level is o.k ,does sound like a faulty sensor .Could check wiring to sensor .

Try bridging the wiring if that cures the issue then it,s the sensor.

in my old golf when cornering mine used to come on and off... aparently due to G draging the oil over to 1 side of the engine. on the straight it never did it so it made sence to me ??
