2003 Citroen C3 tempreture gauge and power steering and speed clock problem

I was driving to the coast when my speed gauge just fell to 0 and with that my power steering wasnt working. When i get near a stop street my car just cuts out.
I also started receiving warning lights on my tempreture where the gauge rises to overheat and the fan is not kicking in. Also when this happens my aircon doesnt want to work. Any good ideas what i should do.

Could check alternator is charging o.k Check output with a meter , simple 2 min job .Also check all battery terminals and earths .If not that you probably will better to get it scanned and see what shows
