Engine Management Lights

2007 Citroen C3 VTR
Car: Citroen C3
Year: 2007
Variant: VTR
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
Every time I drive the car, the service light flashes, and various 'warning beeps' advising that L/H indicator, L/H fog light, L/H brake lights etc not working. I have taken it to my local garage and because there is no pattern, they are unable to fix it.

Can someone please advise? Thanks Jane

could be a poor earth connection to that side light cluster as it will be comon to all three bulbs try looking at the multiplug that plugs into the back of it

Try changing some bulbs, it worked for me even though all lights were working, system seems to be like a domestic curcuit breaker giving a warning if a bulb is a bit iffy.

...we have a similar problem with the light flashing suggesting that the engine is overheating when it clearly is not. Didn't think the mechanic would be able to help. They only suggested new thermostat when we are adamant it must be something electronic or computer system related. Does anyone have any suggestions about trouble shooting this. Trying to help my grandad figure out whether its worth keeping his C3 Desire a bit longer or trading it in now. Festive wishes to all!
