headlamps dont move up or down put the switch on and there is a little buzing sound

I have a similar problem (it's more of a clicking/grinding noise), I am pretty sure the motor has broken on the headlight.
If you open the bonnet and turn the lights on you should hear it better and know which one is the problem.
You can get replacement headlight motors on eBay, or just swap the light. Swapping the light seems to be a fair bit of effort (I think you need to take the bumper off to get the light out, once you've undone all of the bolts holding the light in place).
