Don't know what the weather is like where you are , but many people have the same fault due to washer pump being frozen .If not that , check handbook and see if fuse for washers .

i had the same problem with my c2 i took it to a garage and it turned out to be the fuse,and it kept happening so i just bought a fuse and changed it myself. check the fuse because i think that will be the problem
