Sound coming from dashboard. When removed the F8 fuse sound stopped. But still there is no power. Only the red light in middle blinks

Is engine running ? No power where ? engine , electrics ........................ What kind of sound ? Fuse #8 in the engine compartment fuse box or the fuse box under the dash ?

Engine not running. No power in whole car. Tick tock sound and the fuse under the dash

Check / test battery and replace if needed .Meanwhile try a jump start
