parked car up over night in morning will not start turns over fast enough getting fuel even with jump leads connected still not starting no unusual lights on

Try a very small spray of "Easy start" into the air intake.

Take a look at the glow plugs and connections , battery connections are good , do not try easy start only idiots put that stuff in it causes more problems than good it might get it started but dosn't resolve the problem also may be good idea to put some injector cleaner in for the price of a few pounds could save you hundreds in the end
