When I turn the ignition key it just beeps at mean. Engine doesn't try to start and red lights flash on the dash

May be flat battery ,tried a jump start ?

There's a large number of red light on the dash,
I'd need to know exactly which symbol is in the centre of the light?
And is the key symbol on the dash going off when the key's in the ignition?
