Air Conditioning Fan Under Dash

Hi to all that are listening,

My C2 has an Aircon fan vibration issue that vibrates the whole dash when turned to full speed. I am after the best plan of attack and where to access it from. The Citroen Dealer here is not very much help.

I am now pretty sure that there is a balasy weigh issue with the fan( after a lot of thinking). Need to pull the dash of now to get to the blower unit. Does anyone have any ideas of the best way in.( has anyone else had this problem?)
