Whistling on idle

I've started hearing a whistling noise when the car is idling. It appears to be coming from the throttle body, but I'm not sure. If it is that will I have to replace the whole unit or are there serviceable parts to it?

check all pipes in and around the throttle body for leaks and make sure all are on properly
