2004 Citroen Berlingo power steering stopped working

Problem occured immediately after battery became flat, when car not used for 3 weeks. May be connected? Batttery condition is good.

Not sure of the set up on that year of power steering , Check if electrical connection / wiring at power steering pump . If so a low battery condition will affect steering . Unless you check battery voltage you cant really know if good or low . May also check alternator charging rate at same time
