2019 Citroen Berlingo rattle from gearbox whining noise when taking foot off clutch pedal berlingo 2019/ 32000 miles

Rattle on gearbox on startup then gets worse in first gear on pulling away whining on gearbox until clutch is pressed to floor putting into reverse sometimes doesn’t go in properly then slightly raise clutch pedal and then it jumps into reverse. This problem started at 20.000 miles took it to main dealer they said it was rubber mountain on engine cover which it obviously isn’t but now warranty is finished and it’s a lease purchase van I don’t know where I stand.
