2010 Chevrolet Matiz how do i remove the interior dome light

The interior roof light housing is extremely tight in the head lining. I don't want to risk breaking it by pulling it straight down. Is there a way of removal that I don't know about?

Sorry , never done one .USUALLY held in by plastic tags that need gentle prising to release whilst pulling down
