How do i change this bulb acces does'nt look easy , do i need to remove the whole headlight cluster

sorry to say unless you have small hands taking out the headlight assy is the only way its not as hard as it looks just take your time

headlight comes out easy undo the two screws on top then there is a plastic clip at the back undernieth where the headlamp bulb goes in the whole light comes out when you depress it
