using water, blowing water back into the water reservoir, please help.
Heat gauge at normal all the time, warnings on instrument cluster add coolant level.
I topped it up numerous times.
There are no visible leaks.

You need to carry out a coolant pressure test and a cyl head block test May be head gasket , thermostat sticking , engine coolant fan not operating
