BMW X3 Battery Problems

False Activation of Car Alarm
After arming the car with the fob, after a period of approximately 4 hours, the alarm activates itself. I am now finding myself leaving my car unlocked to avoid having to go out and deal with the false alarms!!!! Any ideas?

Keys no longer able to un-set alarm or re-set alarm
just went to unlock car but both keys no longer working remotely. got in car and started but keys no longer working on a remote basis.....any help please?
