2005 BMW X3 keys no longer able to un-set alarm or re-set alarm

just went to unlock car but both keys no longer working remotely. got in car and started but keys no longer working on a remote basis.....any help please?

Are you in a high interference area where the signal is being blocked.or are your remote battery's low .or somehow lost the coding ,or blown a fuse to the receiver.
