BMW 3 Series Driveshaft Problems

hi the right rear wheel makes a loud clunking noise when moving the faster you go the faster the noise gets i have had the wheel off but not seen anything was wandering if anyone knows what it might be, also when you get to about 30 or 4...

I can select any gear but lift the clutch pedal and nothing please help Cheers
