2000 BMW 3 Series will go into gear but not moving

start with checking your gear box linkages is it definateley going into gear next check you running gear (prop shaft or drive shafts)is it engaging but not turning the wheels if none of the above then you are looking at a gear box issue

probably the clutch burnt out

either clutch/flywheel issue or have had rear driveshaft outer CV joints issues.... but probably clutch!!! Easy fix... couple of hours if you know what your doing!!!
