Blue smoke

my car is put out alot of blue smoke when i'm moving. i have change the valves and the stem seals,spark plugs oil and fliter. put my local garge to see if theres any codes come up but nothing

Blue Smoke/ Burning Oil

I've recenetly noticed that my car chucks out a haze of blue smoke after being idle for a while and was wandering how serious this a problem this is... A few people have said valve stem seals and piston rings but I'd like some confirmati...
