Fule control module in back seat vibrating around 2000 reves changed module and its improved but still vibrating. Any advice please

About the only thing I can think of is the fuel pump module,

No I've just replaced that. Could it be fule pump. Or cam follower or fuel filter

Pumps can be noisy but usually if they're on the way out.
