Hartwell Ford

bought a car from hartwell ford hereford,there was no manual in the car,the salesman told be he would send me one out,after six weeks still had not recieved handbook which i needed for use of bluetooth etc.i eventually recieved it after seven weeks of numerous e.mails and phone calls.i was told by ford hereford as a gesture of good will they would valet my car,i explained that i lived ninety five miles from the garage and that it would cost me alot in fuel and a day off work,i asked them if they would be prepared to give me a set of car mats instead,because the one they supplied with the car wher rough.this would of cost them about half the price of a valet.they point blank refused this.i have bought a ford car for years and always used main dealers,paying well over top book,which this car was over £1000 over top book,but yet a very large main dealer garage cant afford a £40 set of mats.terible after sales and service,will never buy from a main dealer again
