Wipers do not work

Wipers do not work screen wash does not work i have checked the fuses all ok I have changed the wiper stalk. Checked the motor it is working but wont work off the wiper stalk

Headlights not working. But full beam does.

Both rear and front wipers or washers not working. fuses ok

wipers used to come on themselves and not stop till ignition switched off. now nothing from front or rear. fuses ok. where are the relay switches?

Cant get the gear lever to come out of park
