Reason for recall: It has been identified that the in-tank electric fuel pump may not be correctly activated following a vehicle start up cycle. As a result it is possible that the engine may cut out whilst driving at a steady state cruising speed and the engine may not be able to be instantly re-started.

Recalled vehicles will be re-programmed with revised software to ensure that when the engine is running the in-tank fuel pump relay remains energised.
