2009 Volkswagen Tiguan noise from the engine when supercharger is activated

I have recently bought tiguan 1.4 sport edition. The first 2 months everything eas ok. Then suddenly a noise from the engine was coming when supercharge (turbo) is activated. This was done randomly. I have contact local vendor and ther gave me the following explanation:
"the noise coming from the engine bay during driving is normal and is comeing from the engagement of the supercharger"
This is not accepted from me since i have paid almost 27.000 eur to buy a new car and i am not minded to hear this noise in my car. This incident is done randomly

Sounds like you may have a leaking or burst turbo boost pipe, Are you loosing any power? and is the orange MIL lamp on the dash?

No i am not lossing any power and no orange MIL lamp on the dash
In addition, when the climate is on, the fun is working very loudly
